Your Recruiters Home Page

Your secure Home page enables you to manage all of your vacancies and applicants from one location.
You can view and renew your adverts. Simply select the View or Renew next to each of your adverts.
You can also review the profiles of job seekers that have applied to your adverts. Simply select the Name of the applicant, their Cover Letter and then accept or reject that applicant. Whatever you decide a message is automatically sent to the applicant. Saving you time!
The job seeker may be suitable for more than one of your positions, if so, you can invite them to apply for other positions that they may of missed. Simply select the 'Invite this candidate to apply' option once you have viewed their profile.
Each action uses the following credits

1 credit - £5.00
Job Posting – 10 credits
Job renewal – 8 credits
Viewing candidate profile – 5 credits

Once you have viewed a profile this will be permanently available from your Home Page.

Post a new advert

Simply complete the online form, adding all of the relevant details. Remember to add a complete description of the practice and the type of candidate you are looking for. The better the detail the more applicants will view the advert. 

Find Professionals

You can search for relevant candidates and invite them to apply for your vacancy. Simply select the 'Invite this candidate to apply' option once you have viewed their profile.

How much does an advert cost?

Each advert placed on the site will cost 10 credits, each credit costs £5. To renew an advert the cost is 8 credits. To view a candidate profile the cost is 5 credits.

How can I buy credits?

Click on the Buy Credit tab, you will then need to select how many credits you wish to purchase. You will then be taken to the PayPal site to finalise the purchase.

How long is will my advert stay on the site?

Each advert will be live for 30 days. If you wish to renew your advert you will be deducted 8 credits.

How many adverts can I place?

The numbers of adverts are unlimited; you will need to have sufficient credits.

What if I forget my username or password?

You should click the ‘forgotten password’ link and follow the instructions. Your password will be emailed to you.

Once I have paid to access a candidate’s profile, do I need to pay again?

No, once you have paid to have access to a candidate’s profile you will not have to pay again to view the same profile.

Your secure Home page enables you to manage all of your applications from one location.

‘Jobs that you have applied for’ shows the status of your application; whether it has been accepted by the advertiser for consideration, is not being considered by the advertiser or is waiting to be viewed by the advertiser.

‘Jobs that match your profile’ shows adverts that the system has matched to your profile. Simply click on the advert link to view the advert and apply.

If a recruiter is interested in your profile the advert will appear in the ‘Jobs that recruiters have suggested you apply for’. Simply click on the advert link to view the advert.

Is there a fee to register?
No, as a Job Seeker you can register for free.

Who will see my CV?
Only recruiters who are registered will have access to your CV.

Can I keep my details confidential?
Yes, you do not have to add your telephone numbers or a CV if you do not wish to. You can also remove your contact details and current employers from your CV before uploading it. Email addresses are required.

Can I apply for jobs without being registered?
No, you will need to register.

Can I change my profile?
Yes, once you are registered you can update your profile as many times as you wish.

Can I cancel my email alerts?
Yes, you have the option to cancel email alerts.

What if I forget my password?
You should click the ‘forgotten password’ link and follow the instructions. Your Username and Password will be emailed to you.

How long will my profile stay active?
Currently your profile remains active indefinitely, if you wish to have your profile removed, please email the request; enquiries@dental-recruitment.co.uk
